Jo McLaren Formal Wear Shipping & Returns
Returns As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, our customers have an unconditional right to cancel an order. Provided the goods have not been damaged, used or worn (apart from checking the fit) and no labels have been removed, you may return the goods with their original packaging for a full refund (excluding the postage charged when you ordered from us) or for an exchange of the same item in a different size (subject to stock availability).
Refunds can take up to 21 days to process.
We will not refund any items where there is clear indication that the garments have been worn or where the original labels/tags have been removed. It is entirely at our discretion to decide if a garment has been worn other than for fitting purposes. To cancel the order you must call or email Jo McLaren Formal Wear within seven days from the day after the goods were received by you, to request a Returns Code. Returns received outside the 7 days timeframe (even if a code has been given) will only be accepted at the discretion of Jo McLaren Formal Wear and can only be refunded with a Credit Note.
OUR RETURN PROCESS HAS THE FOLLOWING STEPS
1.Send an email to sales@jomclaren.com or call 020 8977 3207 to request a RETURNS CODE.
2.Wait for an EMAIL from sales@jomclaren.com which will include a RETURNS CODE that must be used with the return slip that was sent with your order.
3.Send the returned items with all tags/labels including the returns slip via post office special delivery or a courier. This cost will not be included in your refund.
4.Jo McLaren will then refund the cost of the items purchased excluding the original shipping costs onto the credit card used to take the original payment. Subject to the garments meeting the criteria specified in our returns policy above.
5.Jo McLaren will then send your receipt in the post
Faulty Items
Any items which are made to measure or personalised item can not be returned unless it is faulty or has major defects (not including natural markings in cloth or leather). If you think your item is faulty you must provide written notice to Jo McLaren Formal Wear within seven working days from the day on which the goods were received by you. After inspection by us, any items which we deem to be faulty will replaced free of charge for the same item in the same style size and colour as originally ordered. The lead time for the replacement will vary depending on the item purchased. Shipping Charges We charge a flat rate delivery charge for single purchases in the UK of £9.99. Shipping to Europe will incur a flat rate charge of £15.99. In some cases when we Ship outside of the UK and when the number of items to be shipped is greater than two, we will confirm the shipping cost to you via email prior to despatch. In some cases for small items we may be able to ship at a reduced rate. If this is possible you will be contacted vai email and your order total and the amout we charge will be amended accordingly.
Lead Times Stocked item will normally be dispatched within two working days, although delivery can be up to 7 working days. Certain items are only available on a make to order basis. The normal lead time for made to measure items is 8 weeks. Delivery dates will be sent via e-mail as part of our order management process. Jo Mclaren Formal Wear will make every effort to meet the communicated delivery date. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, customers will be informed by e-mail. Jo Mclaren Formal Wear is not liable for any costs that may be incurred by customers in the event of a delay to their delivery for whatever reasons. We do not accept liability of late arrival of goods which is attributable to the carrier used by us. |
